When we entered in our student life there comes many commitments and dedication to our study. Daily homework, projects, and assessment might be stressful. And when it comes to a student with a poor economic background, it becomes more stressful. Studying in the best private college and managing the daily expenses becomes costlier that students from the low economic background cannot afford it. It is almost impossible to average kids to study in their dream schools. This may be because their parents cannot pay for their uniform code, for their study materials, and their school fees. From this small fulfillment the stress starts to grow and most of the cases it becomes worse.

Looking at a glance, the daily commitments to the lectures is just boring for many students. It is hard to make realize them about the importance of the study. When the required active participation is lacking, then the students are given respective ranks according to their performance. That is also one of the reasons for stress among the students. Based on their ranks they are compared with each other. Students having higher grades are considered as the brightest and the students having lower grades are dull. This becomes exasperating when it is done by their own parents and teachers.

The period of student life is considered to be a golden period of life. It is because they get a chance to learn more and grow more. Where they can choose a career path based on their interests. Where they are eligible enough to know their potential and interest path.

But many factors are affecting their mental status with their family reputation, peer pressure, and family environment. Still, in the Nepalese community, the parents want their children to be a doctor, engineer and wants them to be like them. Parents are the giver and bear all the expenses of their child. So, their expectations towards their child to be the person that parents want is obvious. On the other hand, being an independent individual child also have their right to make decisions as per their interest regarding their career choices. When parents want their child to be other and the child wants to be another. Then the conflict arises, misunderstanding in the relations and this results in stress in both parents and children.

The school environment is also one of the reasons that affect the mental status of the students. The major role is played by the teachers. Teachers are the most important person in everyone's life. Their guidance and effort are also one of the reasons that we are today. Most of the time students spend on school assignments, projects, and preparing for exams. The work of each teacher is to make their students to rank and to do the best in their subjects. And when students are not fulfilling their expectations most of the cases they gave extra assessments.

We know that all human beings are not perfect at everything. And the extra work from the teachers also makes stress to students. Students also have their personal life along with their student life. And when things go parallel in life it becomes difficult to manage. And that difficulty creates stress.

Now the important thing to think about is:

Does stress always have Negative impact?

Can’t the stress is curable?

Is stress always bad for us?

And here comes the interesting thing. The minimal amount of stress can have many benefits such as motivation to work on, motivation to be good, enhance creativity, and have a better life. But must be considered that too much is always deadly. Like the medicine, if taken in the required amount as per the doctor suggest is always good for our health. And when taken unknowingly maximum amount without the prescription of a doctor it becomes hazardous to our health. Stress also works in the same way to our physical health and mental health. The problem may arise like depression and mental illness that can be deadly as well.

Having these impacts on human health. An increasing ratio of mental stress it seems like it will never end. As per the busy schedule and works of the people, the ratio seems to always be increasing. But it is not that it can’t be solvable.

If the necessary love, attention, and mutual understanding are developed between the respective stakeholders than stress can be a decrease in a successive amount. When we have the capability of managing time as per our priorities. Taking care of our physical health and mental health by the exercises and meditation. Engaging ourselves in a pleasurable activity will definitely reduce our stress level. The most important part is we need to find a reason to be happy.☺☺
